Ladies Only, Freestyle Course

Due to popular demand I-CANOE will be running another freestyle course. This one is designed for the ladies only, sorry no lads allowed! but you can come and watch if you want.... Date: The 7th of December
The course will cover freestyle basics such as: equipment, fitness training, basic paddling technique and freestyle moves such as front surfing, back surfing, flat spins, cartwheeling, bow/stern stalls, AND MUCH MUCH MORE!!!
Participants need to be able to confidently run grade 3 whitewater and have a moving water roll.


Haven't got a playboat? No problem, demo boats available for the day at no extra charge (subject to availability)
